Take a deep dive into this ancient regenerative practice designed to connect you quietly with your inner teacher and build physical and emotional vitality and resilience. Also known as 'yoga of awareness', kundalini is a path for anyone seeking the skills to cope better with the challenges of our times. Shaped around a yogic structure of meditation, breathwork, body practice and chanting, each class varies according to how these elements are subtly emphasised.
Your teacher uses her spiritual ‘kundalini’ name – Jai Priya Kaur – for this class, a name given to denote a person's unique vibration. From this, her approach takes you through three levels of development. The first – ‘awakening and transformation’ – is about cultivating physical, mental and spiritual aliveness and developing your relationship with yourself. The second – ‘finding the guru’ – is tuning in to the calling of your soul, and to the divine mystery. Finally – in ‘becoming the lighthouse’ – you are taught to beam your truth and inspire others, stepping up to your full potential.
This deeply restorative yoga class employs slow and rehabilitative movements to help you nourish and realign your body and mind and set you up for the day feeling clear and purposeful. Gently guided by yin yoga and Vipassana meditation specialist Billie, each session has a specific focus that varies from functional movements to 'food for thought' philosophical themes. It would be helpful for this class to bring two blocks (or books) and a strap.
It's Friday afternoon: time to let go, shake off the week and get ready for the weekend!
Body intelligence is a powerful, intuitive force, and our expert practitioner Hagit will show us how to tap into it with a mix of Movement Medicine, yoga flow and great music, working up to a point where we'll shake out everything that's not serving us. Let's show ourselves some kindness and meet the weekend feeling replenished and ready for whatever comes our way.
A daytime session of movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation to replenish and nourish the body and being. When practised regularly, this style of yoga can help relieve pain, anxiety and insomnia, and is also for those curious to expand their knowledge of yoga and its foundations in awareness and courage.Discover, with Alex’s guidance, the creative roots of yoga, dispensing with the idea that there is an external authority who holds the answers for our personal healing journeys. During this practice we will empower ourselves to listen, notice and play creatively, in search of our own paths towards wholeness. Moving from form to formlessness, from body to voice and from expression to silent witnessing, we will improve balance and physical alignment, reduce pain, increase our range of movement, and end with a sense of deep inner quiet.

This slow-paced, meditative yin yoga class takes you on a quiet journey through key energy centres in the body. We will soften into relaxed and supported asanas for two minutes or more, using sounds and visualisation to explore and harmonise along the traditional tantric system of the chakras.
This restorative style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues in the body – the ligaments, bones, joints and deep fascia networks. The body responds to longer-held poses by strengthening and lengthening the tissues, releasing blockages and allowing energy to flow more freely. The gentle, meditative style of yin creates space to tune into the senses and the physical sensations in the body, and with this comes inner clarity, composure and enhanced productivity in our daily lives. It is an ideal practice for those seeking the stillness of meditation while actively stretching or moving the body.
Check out the prep tips: this practice ideally requires lots of props to help create stable supports for each posture. If you have them, bring out your blocks and bolsters, or get creative and gather books, blankets, small cushions and large sofa cushions to use in the session.
Take the opportunity this Mothers' Day to connect, deepen your relationship and celebrate your mother, with this gentle half-day online yoga retreat. The three-hour workshop will start with an hour of gentle yoga asanas accessible to all bodies, of all ages and levels of experience. This is followed by 40 minutes of yogic breathing, relaxation and meditation practice. The final hour is dedicated to contemplation and enquiry into your mother-child relationship, exploring the light and dark of your loving relationship. You will be supported and guided through contemplation, writing, listening and talking as you consciously explore the past-present-future of your relationship. Cultivating gratitude and love for one another, and dedicating space to share at a deep and meaningful level.

This dynamic, vigorous vinyasa-style practice integrates breath with movement, supported by chanting, pranayama (breathing), alignment exploration, meditation and relaxation. This open state has been called: the Authentic self, our Being, the Core, presence. For whatever reason, as children there are times when we are not met. To continue receiving love, we repress, hide, reject, erect defenses around the parts of ourselves that were not received. In this retreat we work on opening the different pathways to our Being. We will open the body through yoga, releasing energy knots so that energy can flow more easily. Through meditation practices, the mind quiets and the thoughts that arise are clear rather than jumbled. Through unconditional acceptance and group sessions, what has been repressed or restricted can surface and we can feel the full range of emotions.

In Ayurveda, you’ll often hear the phrase “Prevention is better than cure.” And so it is. This session sums up all the learnings we have covered in the previous seven weeks, and also guides you to stay in balance with a daily routine called ‘Dinacharya’. The tenets of this system can be truly life-enhancing. Here’s to your personal journey.
With Alex HanlyAll transitional phases of life contain the sweetness of hello and the heart ache of goodbye. When we go through hormonal changes there can be an increase in anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation because our nervous system is often in a state of "fright or flight". This can wreak havoc on our body-mind, often making symptoms worse. By learning simple techniques to sooth your own nervous system you'll learn to move from a state of coping to calm.
Explore the healing practice of self-love with this soft, conscious yoga session guided by Alex. This is a regular weekly opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, to discover and practise mindfulness, self-awareness, meditation and developing a more intimate and healthy relationship with your body and mind. All are welcome. Self-love is about valuing yourself as you are, unconditionally, and this practice can support you if you are suffering from depression, an eating disorder or body dysmorphia, or if you are strongly self critical. In these classes you will journey through awareness of body, mind, spirit and heart, letting movement, contemplation and meditation support you in relinquishing ideas that limit your freedom. You will find ways to unblock the places where you get stuck, to choose a position of compassionate curiosity, rather than one of shame, criticism or denial, and to break out of the maze of constricting ideas about what is acceptable and unacceptable. Holding a torch for truth, you will rediscover your innate capacity to be moved, to flow through the landscape of the heart-mind and experience all the emotions that make up the divine play of life.
