Discover, with Alex’s guidance, the creative roots of yoga, dispensing with the idea that there is an external authority who holds the answers for our personal healing journeys. During this practice we will empower ourselves to listen, notice and play creatively, in search of our own paths towards wholeness. Moving from form to formlessness, from body to voice and from expression to silent witnessing, we will improve balance and physical alignment, reduce pain, increase our range of movement, and end with a sense of deep inner quiet.
