This session will be recorded and sent out to those who can’t attend live. Renowned menopause activist, author and producer of Channel 4 menopause documentaries Kate Muir has spent many years researching the truth about what happens to our bodies during perimenopause and menopause. In her evidence-based talk, peppered with her inimitable humour, she busts the myths surrounding this time in a woman’s life, reaffirming that we do not have to live with sleeplessness, anxiety, brain fog, flushes and numerous other challenges. It is a gentle, safe place to open up and remind ourselves of our humanity in a complex world.Perhaps you are a university graduate entering the workforce for the first time, or you are making a professional career transition after, say, 20 years in the workforce; or perhaps you have retired or been made redundant but still feel you have a life force in you; or you're working through a mid-life crisis, divorce or life-altering trauma, or starting out on a spiritual or seeking journey.Wherever your career or personal life intersection is, our amazing coach moderator Colin Kingsmill will help you to get unstuck, move away from decisions that aren't of use to you, and take positive, forward-moving steps. The supportive group environment will give you the encouragement, love and energy you might not be finding with family, friends or colleagues, or cannot see within yourself at this time.This is an ongoing offering every two weeks, and you are welcome to drop in as needed. The circle can close sooner than 90 minutes if there is a right moment to stop.
