These classes support your pre-natal experience to be the best it can be, encouraging relaxation and confidence all the way through your pregnancy, labour and early motherhood. They are suitable for anyone over 14 weeks pregnant, and no previous experience of yoga is necessary.
As your embodiment and mindfulness practice grows, you’ll find yourself more relaxed and at ease with the daily challenges that accompany pregnancy, be it your first or your fourth baby. Alex weaves active birthing into the yoga classes to prepare you with useful practices you can lean on when in labour. You are encouraged to work at your own level and with awareness of the needs of both your body and your baby.
Pregnancy yoga classes are also a great place to meet other mums-to-be and many lasting friendships can be formed at this time.
