Join us as we gather LIVE online for this ceremony to connect to the wisdom of our beating hearts and the transformative power of the dance.
As we set our intentions, we drop into an immersive and guided dance journey - tending to both the slow, deep, quiet spaces and the wild, free, expressive places of our hearts. Our movement becomes medicine, as we align the inner compass of the heart towards a greater sense of compassion for ourselves, each other and the wider web of life. Collectively we rise and radiate our love as a blessing into the world.
We invite you to make your own cacao if that is something you already use and are familiar with. Otherwise please create a water ceremony. Pour yourself a glass of water - if you can, use spring water. Working with water in an intentional manner is a beautiful practice as we know from Dr. Masaru Emoto’s incredible work. You can engage with the cacao ceremony in the same way as you drink the water in an intentional manner. Ultimately movement is the medicine. Our intentional movement and presence unlocks the door to freedom, inspiration and insight.
