Step into our ceremony of self-love and nourishment, welcomed in through a balanced alchemy of qi gong, a rose tea ritual, the sharing of songs and a grounding sound bath meditation.
With sound therapist, qi gong teacher and songstress Tallulah, you will learn transformational qi gong techniques to calm and settle the nervous system; experience a rose tea ceremony using a tincture sent to you in advance; and be held by song and a sound bath meditation focused on loving kindness. There will be space in the ceremony for journaling and tuning into aspects of your life or selves that may be holding you back, setting intention to receive clarity over how to move forward.
A rose tincture*, created by herbalist Emily Taylor from the School of Intuitive Herbalism, is included in the cost.
*Please note that the rose tincture is not suitable if you are pregnant. Let us know and we will send you a Rose Hydrosol Mist Spray, which is equally effective for opening up the heart.
